The pen arrived really quickly thank you after putting it together i noticed the *free tray* that was sent doesn't fit to small. I rang up Doghealth, I spoke to a woman on the phone only to be told blutly that' thats how they arrived from the manufacters bye' Great uses a blanket to bloke the 1" grap as my puppies are small and would trap themselves down there. About from that if you are not going to use the tray then buy good vaule for the money !
a little disappointed
I have put my puppy pen together ready for my lhasa apso puppy that I collect this saturday (2 days time) only to find the plastic tray doesn't fit the pen and rattles around inside, I am quite disppointed in this and await a reply from the company. I am not quite sure how safe this will be with a little puppy?! However, the frame is heavy duty, although was a little awkward to assemble as the pins that slot in to each other don't align well as they were bent, but does semm sturdy. It did only take a few minutes to assemble with some strong hands.
