Dangerous flaw?
This is really great and worked a treat for my new homesick puppy who loves to sleep on it in his crate at night and drags it out in the morning to play fight 'Bonzo Dog' instead of me! The optional extra heatpad is also a must and stays warm for over 12 hours.
Generally 'Bonzo Dog' is well made and machine washable, which is great because after only a week with my puppy it had turned grey instead of white. The only problem with it, and this is potentially quite dangerous, is the choice of a zip to close the heatpad pouch. After only the first night this had been chewed to destruction and become a potential choke hazard. The toy remains quite usable even after this has been cut out but really a velcro closure would have been a much safer choice.
So change the zip to velcro and it would get 5 stars!
Great for new puppy's
Our puppy snuggled up straight away and help him settle in his new home. Don't forget your heatpad to add that extra touch.
