I would say this would fit a smal dog rather than a medium sized dog. I have a 14inc Beagle, i extended the harness as far as i could and it still would not go around her chest. Didnt even attempt to force it as she would have been uncomfortable. Great colour, maybe the item should be listed as to fit small dog.
