I have a very large, adolecent, boisterous, destructive dog (German shepherd x malamute) and spent loads of money on toys which lasted no more than an hour or so at most. I bought this toy with fairly low expectations but.... a good few months on and he's still playing with it! He loves it full.... And has his own unique ways of getting kibbles out (which include using it like a mace, holding the rope in his mouth, and swinging it from side - bashing it against his shoulders/head!). Even empty, he just loves playing with it. We don't allow it in the house because we like our furniture and TV.... But he walks it against the ground, the lawn, the patio.... And it's still fine! Recommended for anyone with a large, destructive (but loveable) monster like mine.

very sturdy item but my border collie got very bored with it has she could not get the treats out without help from myself, it is very hard to tug the rope and tip it up at the same time. good product but very hard to master even for a clever dog like my border collie.

I purchased the large jug, my dog loved it and threw it everywhere it hurts like mad accross your shins, i cringe when my cupboard doors take a battering ... however the rope has not lasted very long not quite a week and i think he got very frustrated at the treats not coming out very easily if at all.. saying this he is still chewing and throwing it everywhere and he is a 1 year old black lab...
