A good idea but too poorly made
The idea behind these leads is good. They work in the reverse to most flexi leads - you have to press a button to give your dog more freedom rather than pressing to lock, this should provide a safer mechanism and gives better control over your dogs. However they are too poorly made. A previous one broke - the ribbon just came right out and we only have two terriers that weigh next to another. We returned the lead and were kindly sent a replacement by the company. However the second one hardly lasted a month. We stuck to the instructions and ensured the leads were fully dried out and cleaned after each walk but if you walk a dog in the rain or the snow you find that the lead gets wet and starts sticking and refusing to lock during to the walk - and once water is inside a presume the innards start to rust, the lead gets very rattly and no amount of post walk cleaning/drying can restore the mechanism. It is such a shame but there is no point having a lead if you're not confident it is...
