However this product is now in the bin after finding that my hamster had chewed through the lining and got stuck and had to be rescued. As hamsters sleep alot it could have been a while before we realised had he not been so stressed as he was trying to dig his way out. This product is not suitable for hamsters and needs to be redesigned.
