Not fit for purpose
I eagerly awaited this basket so that I could go out on longer rides with my miniature jack russell - but I was extremely disappointed. Firstly, it doesn't come with any brackets, just two wire "hooks" attached to the back which are supposed to fit over the handlebars. We took it to a bike shop to ask them to fit it but even when he bent the metal hooks around the handlebars, as soon as we put any weight on it it tipped. Obviously, extremely dangerous for both dog and rider. Absolutely would NOT recommend this to anyone - not even to put a purse in. I am returning this as unfit for purpose.
