I bought this product because nothing else worked on the dog urine stain left on our carpet by a guest's normally well-behaved dog. This worked - don't know how, but it did, so really do recommend it.

Urine off has not completely managed to remove all stains but it did, at least, remove some and it made colour difference on others milder. It definitely beat all previous cleaning products we used, which were largely completely ineffectual. However it is not perfect and stains that have not been treated when fresh are unlikely to be removed. On the bright side, it does seem to remove the smell as the dog no longer sees the carpets as a bit of indoor grass.
