Very good for visibility
The light is very visible, as is the reflective striping. I never tried leading off of it as it doesn't seem very sturdy. I have a very large GSD who loves to pull like a train if any other dogs are about, and I just think this would stretch.
I only put it on to increase her visibility whilst we were out walking. It was a good fit and adjustable too and it fit over her raincoats.

For anyone who lets their dog wander around them on walks in the dark, knowing they are about, but not where exactly this is great, and saves calling them every two minuites to check they are still there. the light has three settings still, flash ,and quick flash. plus the reflective surfaces, which really put my mind at ease if a car came from somewhere that they would be seen. I also have it doubling as a seat belt at the moment, which although the mesh fabric isnt padded it has a large surface area on the chest and elastic around the neck to ease fit so i feel that he is not only a little restrained but safer if I were to crash.
the only down side is that the light does not extend around the front a little more. if i could get another light for his chest area ot would be great.
