Contrary to my previous review..i take it all back.Now that i know how to use the product i think its great.Making sure the lid was on properly and filling it upside down was the way to go.

It's a great product but thanks P Patterson for telling me how to use it. I consider myself logical but this product eluded me on how to fill without getting soaked, I want to be able to use a product in less than a minute without trying to fathom it out! Knew there was another way because it wouldn't be so tall and did get soaked when filling and the lid came loose, other than that, very pleased with the item because it does what it says and I know the water is clean.
2nd review 20 August, have come home on 2 occasions so far, on a weekly basis, to find, like others, that the water leaks on the floor. Thought it was the cats or my daughter at first but now I'm not so sure!!! WIll try it a little longer and yes, the food one is great!
