This is a very good product. The fabric is lightweight and looks easily washable, but the medium size is tight on our medium-sized dog.
Our dog is 22 inches(56cms) to the shoulder, and 23 inches(59cms) neck to base-of-tail.
The neck 'strap' fixing is fine. There is enough to overlap with some spare, and the measure around her neck is 18 inches(46cms.) It's the body that is tight.
Our dog weighs 22.5 kilos and is not by any means large, or fat, but the measure of the velcro 'strap' fixing around the chest is only 26.5 inches(67cms) -that means only 1 inch(2.5cms) of the velcro is connected, and it's a tight fit, so I doubt it will stay connected once she is out and running around.
The body fixing needs and extra 'strap'. There is velcro on the main part of the vest, which the single body-strap is supposed to reach and fix on to. If there were a second one on the other side, the same as on the neck fixing, it would allow a better fit for...

Got this to walk our puppy with. We live in Rural area and it can get quite dark...especially around open fields. This ftis well and doesn't interfere with him doing ones or twos and stays on well when wet and running at high speed. The colour stands out well and the reflectors help pick him out well in torch light. I've also bought one of those little flashy light to hang onto his colar too. Torch is now largely not needed.
