When I contacted Primrose the supplier, they informed me it took time to work, 3+ weeks. I took their advice on good faith, and gave this product 3 weeks. It had no improvement. When I contacted Primrose again, they told me: "We are only able to refund if the units are faulty, they do not come with a satisfaction guarantee and they out outside of the 7 day returns policy."
1 star for appalling service ie: their advice leaving me in a position where I couldn't return the devices.
