Disappointed
What a waste of money. This product does not work on large dogs' nails. Nowhere near powerful enough and stops rotating the second you put the nail on it. If you apply less pressure it does go round but takes barely anything off. It does smooth rough edge after you have cut nails with clippers but does not file nails shorter. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they just wanted to smooth edges off after cutting nails. If you want to shorten nails this will not do it on large nails.

I should have bought the manual nail file, this is not strong enough for my Hungarian Visla. it do's state on package for small dogs which i did not see
Not Powerful Enough
After seeing a similar product working well on my friends dogs claws i decided to buy one. I couldn't find the same product on Amazon so decided on the Mikki Electric Animal Nail File. To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement, the one AA battery does not deliver enough power as a result as soon as the head touches my dogs claw the head stops dead.
