i chose this rating only because i have a big strong dog and im not sure it would be strong enough if my dog saw a rabbit, that said i was really pleased with the look of it and the measurments for fitting were spot on. it always gets a few comments when she has it on. a little bit of endulgence for your pet, well ,we all need a bit of bling!!!
