Disappointing
Ordered 2 tags with names and telephone numbers to be engraved. Received them this morning with no engraving - it seems I put the information in the wrong box!!! Doesn't seem plausible to put the dogs name and telephone number as a message!!!!!. As 2 telephone numbers were available a quick call would have sorted it out. I now have to get them engraved myself. Very disappointed.
