Perfect for the larger pet
Excellent dog bed, high quality and firm sides that stay up, does not have a removable base but I am sure this won't be a problem. Exterior is a tough cord like woven fabric, and the underneath is very tough too, the lining is a plush fabric, not at all cheap looking. I have a Doberman and this is a great size, she has room to spare, but the next size down would have been too small. It would easily fit large breeds and I expect a large German Shepherd too. I have struggled to find a solid bed for my pooch but this was a good choice, even though it took 3 hours to decide which one to buy! Nice in the brown, actually nicer than in the picture.
