Ordered this as Alice my trusty 13year old Lurcher was finding it hard to get into the car. Read the other reviews and thought this would fit the bill nicely. Arrived 3 days after I ordered it and tried it out tonight, Alice took a bit of encouragement to climb aboard and move to the top but she really enjoyed it once she was in the car, Tom joined us and we all went off for a drive, strange how dogs love being in the car.

This product is great. My elderly Labrador will no longer get into the car and I could not lift her - I did quite a bit of research of all the available models and picked this one because of the other reviews. Take your time in getting your dog used to walking up and down it and encourage with titbits and you won't have any problems after a couple of tries. My dog feels confident about walking up and down it and it's worth every penny to help her out. It is pricey - but cheaper ones are not as robust. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a ramp to get their dog in and out of a car.
Better than expected
We have two mad cocker spaniels and recently got a nice shiny new car. Our last one was a Land rover which got rather scratched across the bumper and rear door. Thought we would get this to protect new Volvo. Really pleased. Good quality and dogs have got used to using it although I usually use leads to guide them up and down. Quite compact, well made and good value.
