Good, but not good enough
I brought one of these for my, then, 14mth old border collie. I wanted him to have a good toy to play with that he wouldn't destroy. He already had one of the basic Kong toys, and it had survived. He is a champion chewer, and toys regularly die a shredded death in a few days. This lasted just under a week.
It is a good concept, but the material bits are just not strong enough once a dog really starts to chew. The squeaker popped within a few hours (we guess it popped, it just stopped making a noise). The tassles: they were gone within a few days, but as the main part was intact we left it with him. It lasted a few more days until the material ripped across the ball on the top. Then it had to be binned.
Worth it if you don't mind buying a new toy after a week of good play, but not worth it if you want a month or more out of it. If your dog isn't a strong chewer it should last a good while, but don't buy at all if they are a power chewer.
Good quality product
My Weimaraner loves it! It squeaks, can be used in the water and gives lots of fun to my dog. She normally destroys all toys within minutes, so I am really impressed to notice that this one is still around after couple of months, and has only few tears on the fabric. Ball still intact inside, which is quite impressive :)
