Works well
I have 4 labradors one of which is an incessant barker so I bought this collar to try and stop her - well being a labrador she had learned really quickly that 'if the collars on I can't bark, if the collars off I can' so instead of using it for long periods of time I changed tactics and only put it on as a punishment when she actually barked and removed it after 10 minutes - this method worked really well. I would recommend this collar to any other owner with a noisy dog
A bark IS worse than a bite
After three days looking after a friend's dog, Marley, we and our neighbours were being driven mad by his constant and persistent barking. We ordered a bark collar by super-fast delivery and it arrived next day. The collar gives a sonic burst for the first two barks then a small electric shock on the third bark with a few seconds to recharge before repeating the sequence. Within half an hour Marley had learnt that he could bark, bark and then howl without getting the shock so that's what he did - for the next 7 days. Sadly the collar didn't cure him it just changed his barking pattern! Needless to say Marley won't be staying with us again.
Anti barking collar
Absolute rubbish, don't waste your money. Didn't work at all, don't know if it was broken but dog certainly didn't even bat an eye when it was on & he was barking. Waste of money. Gave it 1 star but not even worth that.

How the BK208 bark control collar works?
An internal microphone picks up the sound and the unit is automatically activated. The bark control collar starts with emitting an ultrasonic sound of 1 second as a warning at the first bark. At the second bark the collar emits an ultrasonic sound of 2 second. From the third bark the collar emits a 3 second ultrasonic sound and gives 2-3 seconds static shock. The dog should stop barking. If the dog barks within 1 minute after the first static shock, the collar sends out a 3 second ultrasonic sound and 2-3 second of static shock. If the dog stops barking, the collar resets itself to the lowest level and repeats the first 3 steps. The shock levels can be adjusted with the delivered screwdriver.
If you find the light is on but the collar doesn't seem work, please try the following steps:
1 Make sure that the metal probes contacting with your dogs neck snugly,more specific,the metal probes must contact with your dogs vocal cord to capture vibration while it is barking. Because the collar won't be triggerred off by ONLY sound. The collar will only be activated with both bark and vibration of your dogs throat being detected. The unique design of this collar will keep your dog from hurting by any noise.
2 If you dog ignores the current vibration/shock the collar emitted, then please change the sensitivity of this collar. Follow the instruction in the last two pictures.
Note: the more slim the arrow goes the more sensitive the collar does.
