I purchased this cage for my american bulldog and staffordshire bull terrier. Previously I had the largest standard cage available. I was worried that I was damaging Syrus's (american bulldog) back as he couldn't stand up fully in the 48" cage. I searched hard to find a bigger one and this was the only one I could find. I thought it was a little pricey, but a necessity. It is very strong in structure and certainly large enough for my two pooch's. I would definitely recommend for people with a large breed or for someone with multiple pets. Just be sure you have the room as it is very large.
